tbje Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "tbje", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the tbje online betting and casino platform accessible at tbje.io and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions of the site.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the tbje platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created on tbje following successful registration, holding the player's BDT balance, betting history, bonus balances, and account preferences.
• "Platform" refers to the tbje website, its associated mobile web interface, all games, betting markets, payment pages, account management portal, and any other service provided by tbje.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used for all financial transactions on the tbje platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional balance credited to a player's account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process conducted by tbje before processing certain withdrawals or as required at any point during the account lifecycle.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total value of bets a player must place before any bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash balance.

In these Terms, the singular includes the plural and vice ver sa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "including" mean "including without limitation".

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tbje platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any casino game — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the tbje platform and, if you hold an account, contact support to request closure of your account.

Your continued use of the tbje platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. tbje will make reasonable efforts to notify players of material changes via the platform or by email to the address registered on the account.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The tbje platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. tbje does not permit access or participation by persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether accessing and using the tbje platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. tbje makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in any particular location. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online betting or casino gaming is restricted do so at their own risk and legal liability.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on tbje. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at tbje's discretion.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the tbje platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. tbje will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify tbje support immediately via live chat. tbje recommends enabling all available account security features including two-step OTP verification.

4.3 KYC Verification

tbje reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address) at any point in the account lifecycle. Withdrawal requests above specified thresholds will require completed KYC before processing. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.4 Account Currency

All tbje accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, bonuses, and all account balances are displayed and processed in BDT. No currency conversion is required for Bangladesh-based players using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tbje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-based payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to and from selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be available on the platform from time to time.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request and may vary by payment method. tbje reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time and will notify players of material changes via the platform.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the tbje account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during normal platform operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where KYC verification is outstanding.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account in the player's name. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, shared mobile banking numbers, or accounts not matching the registered name on the tbje account. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn — see Section 6.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

tbje is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities. Deposits must originate from funds legally owned by the account holder. tbje reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or patterns of activity that trigger internal compliance checks. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering or fraud will be permanently closed and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by tbje are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In all cases, the following general conditions apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account.
• tbje reserves the right to cancel or void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome or registration bonus once only. Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Free bet credits and free spin rewards may only be used on the specific games or betting markets designated in the promotion terms. Any winnings generated are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for any bonus is the multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and, where stated, the deposit amount) that determines the total betting turnover required before a withdrawal of associated winnings may be requested. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

6.3 Modification or Cancellation of Promotions

tbje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation of an active promotion, bonus funds not yet converted to cash balance may be removed from accounts. Players will be notified of material changes via the platform.

7 Betting Rules & Casino Game Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on tbje — including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. These rules are available within the betting interface. In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, tbje's decision is final subject to the complaints procedure in Section 15.

tbje reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has commenced where the platform did not remove the market in time, where odds were clearly displayed in error, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

7.2 Live Betting

In-play betting markets are made available at tbje's discretion. Connection errors, latency, or delays in data feeds do not entitle a player to void a live bet already confirmed by the platform. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when placing live bets.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games on tbje — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, as well as slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — operate under the rules published by the respective game provider. tbje does not modify game logic or outcomes. 7.4 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game error that results in an incorrect display of odds, payout, or game outcome, tbje reserves the right to void the affected bets or games and return stakes to player accounts. tbje is not liable for losses arising from platform malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbje platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without express written consent from tbje.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game logic.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in platform software or game code. Any such exploitation must be reported to tbje immediately via [email protected].
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of any sporting event or casino game.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or financing any illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using payment methods belonging to a third party.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including but not limited to low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful and concealing that access through VPN, proxy, or other technical means.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by tbje

tbje reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, pending completion of a KYC or compliance review, or where required to do so by law or by a payment provider.

9.2 Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their tbje account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method.

9.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, prohibited conduct, or misrepresentation — tbje reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance including both cash and bonus funds. No refund of deposits will be made in cases of confirmed fraudulent activity.

10 Responsible Gaming

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tbje platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of tbje.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbje and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the tbje platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss.

tbje's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — regardless of the cause of action — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their tbje account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tbje does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that it will meet any particular performance standard. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

tbje collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

tbje is committed to protecting the personal information of all registered players in Bangladesh. Player data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. 14 Amendments to These Terms

tbje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Where amendments are material — affecting player rights, financial terms, or eligibility conditions — tbje will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform interface or by email.

Players who do not agree with revised Terms must cease using the platform and contact support to close their account. Continued use of the tbje platform after publication of revised Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of those revisions.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

15.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding your tbje account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other aspect of the platform, you should contact the tbje support team in the first instance via live chat or by email to [email protected]. tbje aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. Complex matters may take longer and tbje will keep the player informed of progress.

15.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". tbje's management team will review the complaint and issue a final written decision within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

15.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure shall be subject to binding resolution as determined by tbje's dispute resolution process, details of which are available on request from the support team.
